    Please note that these forums are still a work-in-progress on the back-end so, please let us know below what, if any, issues you encounter and we will make every effort to resolve them in a timely manner (and thank you for your patience, in advance).

    When reporting an issue, please be sure to include your operating system/version (e.g., Windows XP, Windows 8.1 Pro, etc.) and browser/version (e.g., Internet Explorer 11, etc.), and as much detail as possible.

      Thank you, Lisa - I was here since the 4th, but unable to verify and post - an unrelated email bug…but it's all good now. Appreciate your updates during the process, even if I couldn't say so!

        Yes, thank you Lisa! So glad DCO is back! I do not have a favorite lyric of David's because there are just so MANY! The fans at the show tonite are so blessed! It will be beyond awesome!

                There's a known bug with the "Most users ever online" in the "What's Going On" module. It should be fixed in the next major update so, we've disabled these for now.

                We're also aware that there is a bug with the text color on your message center. Until this is corrected, we have temporarily darkened the sidebar navigation background a bit to make it easier to see the white navigation text (we cannot darken it too much until the code is corrected, as this style variable also controls other blocks.

                  Can you explain what the Mark Channels Read action does? I didn't see anything in the FAQ about it, and I can't quite figure it out. Thanks!

                    Sure! "Channels" are nodes that contain other nodes (so, basically, the forum groups, blogs, etc.). When you click on "Mark Channels Read" it will mark all content that is currently marked as "unread" for you to being "read" (so, it's like the equivalent of marking all emails in your inbox as read - but in this case your inbox is everything on the forums). I hope that helps!

                        Hey, Jess. I will try to get some, if not all, of the threads for this tour up this weekend for fans, along with an index. No promises though, as my schedule is a bit insane at the moment!

                        As for past tours, that will take considerably more time, but I will restore what I can, as time permits. Cheers! Lisa

                          Q: How can I hide my age or date of birth on my profile?

                          A: User Name OR Avatar > User Settings OR Edit Settings > Profile > Date of Birth > Display only Day and Month of Birth
                          A: User Name OR Avatar > User Settings OR Edit Settings > Profile > Date of Birth > Hide Age and Date of Birth

                            Does store require separate login? My dco user and pssw does not work at store. Will there be more of what is sold our?
